focused to deliver the best of their capacity it is important to have a
satisfied set of employees with the organization.

give back to the company with their all efforts if they feel happy with their
job profile.
Job satisfaction can be seen from two perspectives in the organizational environment as below.

One of the higher priorities in the
employee’s life is their career growth. If the company create room for grooming
and gives them fresh job role, it enhances job satisfaction tremendously.
